Care for your cashmere pieces in 3 easy do-at-home steps
Favorite cashmere pieces should be cleaned with love and care. With our easy-to-follow 3-step plan, you can give your cashmere pieces the best care right at home - so you can enjoy them for even longer.
Step 1
Pretreat
Remove pilling using a sweater stone, wool removal machine or sweater comb and turn inside out. Treat underarms, collar, cuffs and any stained area with the Wash & Stain bar. For tough stains: soak in tepid water for a maximum of 30 minutes.
Step 2
Wash
Hand wash: fill a bucket and add 2 caps of 'Wool & Cashmere' detergent. Soak for a maximum of 30 minutes. For a quick refresh, use the a wool & cashmere spray.
Machine wash: use a mesh bag to protect your cashmere clothes. Select a wool, delicate or hand wash cycle at a low temperature. Add 2 caps of a wool & cashmere detergent for a small load. For a full load, follow instructions on the back of the bottle.
Step 3
Dry
Never dry cashmere in the dryer but leave to dry flat. To speed up the drying process: place the cashmere piece on a clean and dry towel - in it's natural shape - and roll up to get rid of excess water.
