1. How do I use the new menu?
With the new menu - which you can find on the left side - you can not only choose a category, but we also offer an extensive filter system as a next step to provide exactly what you are looking for. For example, choose clothing within the categories, then dresses, and finally midi dresses. Then filter not only by size, brand, and color, but also determine the fabric type, length, neckline, sleeve length, and whether the dress should have a print or not. With these tools, you can find exactly the item of your desires in a personalized way, making shopping on our site even easier.
2. How does 'New in the shop' work?
Our 'New in the shop' pages are filled with new items styled in various ways - just as you are used to from us. Do you want to view and shop combined items? Then scroll down on the product page and click the 'shop the look' button to see all the products from the styling. You can find an overview of all shop the looks via www.pb.nl/looks.
3. How do I redeem a gift card/discount code?
If you have a gift card or discount code you want to use, it is currently not possible to do so via the website. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
4. Where is my order history?
At the moment, it is not possible to view your old orders, but we are working to make this available again soon. Tip! If possible, check your email for the order confirmation emails we sent before June 17 to view your order history.
5. How do I return an order?
Do you want to return an item/order? You can easily register returns via
www.pb.nl/en-eu/return. Enter both your email address and the order number, and register the items you want to return. We are currently working on making the return process more visible in 'my account page'. You only need to register an item for return once. Additionally, you will not receive a confirmation email for this, and you no longer need to write a return number on your return package.
6. What else has changed? Return costs!
Due to rising transportation costs, we are unfortunately compelled to charge a return fee of 1.95 euros. This amount will be deducted from the refund for any returns.
