1. Ownership

All AI-generated model imagery, location photography, and related visual productions are created, directed and published by Studio PB.NL BV.
This includes but is not limited to:
Digital model identities
AI-generated portraits
Editorial compositions
Location-based visual productions
Conceptual fashion imagery
Prompt-engineered visual structures
Creative systems and digital formats
Ownership applies regardless of the technical production method (AI-assisted, algorithmic, synthetic, composited or otherwise).

2. No Unauthorized Use

The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written permission:
Copying or redistributing images
Commercial usage
Editorial reuse
AI training, dataset inclusion or scraping
Prompt extraction or reverse engineering
Brand imitation or visual replication
NFT minting or blockchain registration
Resale, relicensing or sublicensing
Unauthorized use will result in legal action.

3. AI & Synthetic Identity Protection

All digital models presented under PB© and Digital Model Management (DMM) are protected digital identities.
These identities may not be:
Recreated
Trained upon
Replicated via AI tools
Used as reference for synthetic model generation
Altered or redistributed
The visual DNA, identity structure and aesthetic system are proprietary.

4. Brand Protection

PB©, Digital Model Management (DMM), Studio PB.NL BV and all associated visual identities, systems and naming structures are protected brand assets.
Any attempt to reproduce or imitate the brand architecture, model system or proprietary formats constitutes infringement.

5. Licensing

Licensing requests must be submitted in writing to:
legal@pb.nl
No content may be used until written approval has been granted.

6. Third-Party Tools

Studio PB.NL BV may use AI or creative production tools during creation.
However, all final published works are proprietary productions owned exclusively by Studio PB.NL BV.
Use of external tools does not transfer ownership.
