Paris is divided into arrondissements, and our Editors have mainly spent their time in Le Marais, one of the oldest districts of Paris located in the third and fourth arrondissement of this world city. The district is characterized by beautiful historic buildings, narrow streets, and among others, the well-known Place des Vosges square, where you feel like a true Parisian. You will also find a number of our brand stores in Le Marais, such as IRO , Izipizi , Majestic Filatures , Juliette has a Gun , and newcomer Samsøe Samsøe . Another place worth visiting in this neighborhood is the concept store MERCI – a small department store that is a favorite among fashion lovers and professionals – from editors to bloggers. Le Marais is very popular among Parisians themselves, and the real Parisian atmosphere prevails. It is a wonderful district to stroll through, without the presence of mass tourism. The perfect way to discover Paris and fall in love with this fantastic city.

Paris and food are, of course, inseparably linked. Parisians love long dining moments and cozy gatherings. Classics such as croissants and 'pain au chocolats' are a must during your trip, and naturally, a visit to Paris also includes a visit to Ladurée for the most delicious macarons – the shops themselves are a treat. Paris offers an incredibly wide range of world cuisines, and when you're in Paris, you want to eat where the Parisians eat, right? Our Editors have therefore settled down at cafe Le Charlot (38 Rue de Bretagne, Paris) and enjoyed the authentic French cuisine. Tip! Parisians eat late, so if you want to be sure of a spot, go a bit earlier around 7 o'clock, to guarantee a table. Are you done eating and want to linger? Then move to the terrace where you can immerse yourself in Parisian vibes endlessly.

It was already a favorite of the buyers, but now also of the Editors: Hotel du Petit Moulin (29 Rue de Poitou, Paris). A beautiful - and quiet - located boutique hotel in Le Marais that was originally the first Parisian bakery – and those beautiful elements of the historic building are still preserved. The hotel rooms of this 4-star hotel are all decorated by fashion designer Christian Lacroix where luxury, but also a personalized atmosphere, dominate. The rooms are not only luxurious, but also offer all comfort and wonderful beds. Absolute tip! Book breakfast with it!

You can't go to Paris without being inspired by French fashion influences. What stood out in Paris? Parisian women go for style, but comfort also plays a big role. Think of loose-fit jeans and pants, oversized sweaters, and long coats combined with the shoe of the moment: sneakers. It doesn't matter which brand, color, or model. Multiple pairs of sneakers belong in your wardrobe if you want to copy the French style. Another fun detail! French women always wear sunglasses.
