Through our online store, privacy-sensitive data, or personal data, is processed. Perfectly Basics BV considers careful handling of personal data to be of great importance. Personal data is therefore processed and secured carefully by us.

Handling Orders
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may then provide your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. For this, we use your name and address, billing address, email address, payment details, and date of birth. This is legally required. We retain this information for two years after your order is completed. Certain customer data is kept longer due to the statutory fiscal retention obligation.

Providing to Third Parties
We work with certain companies that may receive your personal data as mentioned above from us.

For handling orders, we work with:

  • Our postal company PostNL & UPS

  • Voyado for email order confirmations.

Advertising
We would like to send you advertising about offers and new products or services. We do this:
